"Nothing unique about this one. They should have been transparent about them using their hotel as long term residence to support the government housing shortage. Nothing against it but it would be good to be given the choice. The guy who checked us in by the name of Amar had no smile or a personality for the job. Our room had a huge pipe that runs across the entire room. When asked to change room we were told every room has it. What a ridiculous design for a hotel that’s cost so much money. We couldn’t open the window curtains for natural lights because there was no sheer curtain. The only good thing was the service that was provided by Praxali and Ishaan on our last day. Our first time with Ramada at Manukau Auckland and it’s our last."
