"Great stay overall. Cleanliness, restaurant, staffs are great but one thing this hotel lacks is the WiFi connectivity. WiFi sometimes connects well and sometimes disconnects. For people who want to work with laptop, it could get frustrating at a time. "

" Our stay was for 4 nights & overall our stay was good.
Night 1 & 2 the centrally controlled balcony light was turned off by 10pm.
Night 3 it wasn’t turned off until 3am.
Night 4, I called reception at midnight & asked for the light to be turned off. Was told ‘Yes’. Never happened, it went off at 3am.
The volume was showing maximum however you could barely hear it, especially with the live music from the BSB stage next to the hotel.
A staff member brought a specific remote for the tv & adjusted...

We had to ask several times for hand soap because there wasn't any in our room, but they got us some eventually. The hotel breakfast is amazing, so many options for a buffet. I was really impressed. "They call me Papa, after many stays they are Family now.. in the restaurant they order my food, papa cannot have this..not good for you..the girls are my Daughters now so i go buy chocolate bars for them for taking care of me.. the rooms are all spacious, large comfortable bed, couch, big screen tv, many channels, the bathroom is big enough to move around in comfortably.. there is kitchenette in the room, Large refrigerator, not mini fridge.. the pool is large, clean and great fun… the cake shop...
