"The price is good for the area but the property needs attention. Dated rooms, loud bathroom fan and not the cleanest. When checking in the attendant only put one day on keys so had to go get it updated. Wasn’t told about restaurant. It was ok but not great "

"Room 354 Our stay from February 25 to March 1 was very disappointing, especially considering the price of over $200 per night. The room was never cleaned during our stay, even though we requested housekeeping. The staff told us they do not clean rooms during a guest’s stay, which was never communicated beforehand. The first night we didn’t even have pillows and had to wait until the next day to receive them. When it rained one night, the roof leaked inside the room, creating puddles on the floor and on a chair. I have photos documenting this. To make matters worse, when I asked for towels to clean up the water, the staff said they did not have any available. Overall, the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards, especially for the price paid. I would not recommend this property unless management improves maintenance, housekeeping, and guest support."

"The staff worked with me, making sure I got into my room safely. They were easy to reach and very responsive. The room was perfect, exactly what I needed. Spacious, great bathroom, bed comfy and the property felt looked after and well kept. 5 star hotels often feel untrustworthy and like they may not actually be cleaned. It smelled fresh when I arrived and that mugginess that hotels have when they aren’t well kept was non existent. As I write this im waiting for my refundable deposit- so after 5 days I’ll report if I had an issue. Otherwise I’m very happy with my experience and will use the same place when I travel to the area again. "
