"Overall this is an overpriced hotel! Pros: location is good, walking distance to mangal das garças and “old village”. Nice breakfast and lovely outdoor seating. Cons: room had a pile of dirty at the entrance. There was only one iron available (staff was unable to bring it to your room, you had to go downstairs to grab it and they took 10 minutes to find it(?) - overall the experience was disappointing. "

"This hotel is a great value and in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making check in and out very easy. The training room here is one of the better ones I have used in a long time. All of the machines are new and worked well. The guest rooms are spacious and clean."

Par contre, il faudrait améliorer l'insonorisation des chambres, même au niveau des odeurs. L'horaire du petit-déjeuner n'est pas respecté tant pour le début que pour la fin. Quant au service proposé, il n'y a pas de serviettes de bain mis à disposition et les draps et tapis de chambre/SDB sont à changer (déchirés ou mauvais état)."
