"We had a great view of the St-Laurent river. The staff was great and the food was excellent. We were in the old section of the Manoir. The furnitures were in bad condition, we had a shower/bath tub that seen better days. We had to raise the curtains over the heater to keep the room warm. I recommand you book in the new section of the Manoir."

"Reviewing expedia not the room The description of the hotel was 30 minutes approximately from our preferred location. Expedia failed to give an address until after I booked. Then when we found out the hotel was in Tadousac which is a ferry ride away which costs about $100 and doesn’t even run at this time of year, i tried immediately to get a refund through expedia and I couldn’t. So I phoned the hotel and they said no problem cancelling with no charge, but expedia still charged me even though I cancelled. I emailed expedia to explain rhis and have yet to hear from them I will never use expedia again. I will attempt a complaint to paypal as well"
