pros: front desk, housekeeping taff friendly and polite. typical of filipino hospitality. cons: restaurant service seems to have deteriorated. less staff and disorganized. need to vary menu, especially fruit selections. check in process: need to implement a "wait on line" system between people transacting business at the desk and the next client. in this age of identity theft, there needs to be space between guests at front desk. breakfast buffet: if you say buffet is open at 6 am, staff should prep by 5 am. the coffee urn alone takes one hour to brew. Breakfast was not ready at 6 when we came down to eat (to catch a 630 am pick up from hotel).
