It is central to all needed. Close enough to Airport. Not expensive, mall close 4 min walk, Ex pat bar across the road, Money changers with good rates. The rooms are quiet. Good menu. Close enough to bus station. Great over night, couple of days place.

This was a fantastic find in a very convenient part of Manila for our purposes. The US embassy is a short walk away, as well as shopping and dining options. The room we had booked was a bit small but very clean and comfortable. The staff made it a real 5 star experience. The front desk staff, room service and doormen/security were so friendly, helpful and professional. The food was also delicious and it was nice having a decent restaurant on site with really reasonable rates. I can hardly believe how reasonably priced the rooms were. Will definitely stay here again, it’s quite a gem.

During our second stay at the hotel, we experienced significant differences compared to our first visit. We had difficulty sleeping due to the loud noise outside and the constant sound of vehicles throughout the night. The sheets were itchy, and we ended up with bug bites. When we asked the staff to change the sheets, they made us feel uncomfortable by their response. However, we do appreciate the quality of the food and the hotel's location.
