Stay depends on your reason.
Room is old, low quality of materials. Not recommended for vacation. But ok just for sleeping and refreshing if you're transiting or on a business. Plus would be the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Love the staff. very helpful in every way. Parking was easy..toiletries could use a little more items (such as: toothbrush and toothpaste). I'll definitely book again.

I really like my stay there in park bed and breakfast hotel. But Unfortunately the lady staff at the reception was not talking very much well. Maybe because she was tired I think. But I just feel no matter how tired you are, you should smile while talking to your customer. She was talking well but wasn't smiling or being entertaining much. Maybe she was having a bad day. Besides that everything was fine with the room and amenities. Thanks

Good parking for the service car. Breakfast was OK. Smoking they said was only allowed at the Al Fresco which I took to be a lounge or somewhere because of the capitalisation, but in fact meant "al fresco" or outside! Accommodation good for a brief stay.

Could have been better!
No hot water for shower, I've slept on softer rocks out in the field for the military, no blankets... Only sheets, had to steal two others from the little extra bed in the room just to cover up at night, free breakfast only redeeming quality except they charge for coffee and it's not brewed - intstant... Not real coffee! Staff was very nice and helpful but overall experience was poor

The location is near the airport and the railway station is close, but it is a one-way ride across the railway, so you need to cross the high bridge to go to the other side. WIFI, shower, bed and so on were good. It is suitable for long-term stay in commercial.

Worth the price.
Everything at this hotel is as you expect with the price. The only thing i would change is thicker bed sheets and hot water. Eveything else was good, such as the hotel has its own taxis avialable at any time.

Great for low price
No vegetarian options for breakfast, no vegetables, though expected in Philippines. Area is not the nicest, limited restaurants and grocery stores. Hotel offers good room for price though.

Mothballs are used as room deoderisers. Everything I owned smelt of them the next day. Shower curtain stained with mould. Staff low level friendly. Very small room but enough for a solo traveller. I would say this hotel would be a last resort if you can't find anywhere else. Positive points: warm shower, cheap breakfast.

Cheap hotel near to the airport
Room is very affordable. Clean and comfortable compared to its price. WiFi signal was so weak, but got good connection at the lobby of the hotel. It's a great advantage that It only costs less than 80 pesos to NAIA terminal 3 by regular white taxi.

STAY AT PARK BED AND BREAKFAST HOTEL
Location of the hotel is good and very near to VICTORY BUS LINER TERMINAL and AIRPORT too. Room was clean but more cleanliness is require because some cockroaches were playing hide and seek, But over all service of the staff as well as receptionist is excellent. Breakfast is also good and affordable and they were preparing as per your order and availability of raw material. But, I got all the times whenever I ask something to eat. At least you can get eggs, coffee, noodles etc. When you go out to eat, it was also not so far only five minutes walking.

Affordavle and neat.
The staff are nice and friendly. The WiFi only works at their pantry / restaurant. We stayed there twice, 2 different rooms and both does not have WiFi coverage. The TV is small too. Overall though, I am satisfied.

My stay at Park Bed & Breakfast, Pasay.
My stay at Park Bed & Breakfast hotel was value for money. The hotel is among the cheapest in the city and they try to provide services worth the charge. You do not expect more than that. The Staff was amazing and always happy to assist. Breakfast is provided at a fee of Ph 70 Pesos which is equivalent to £ 1.10. There is a small café with limited stuff. The room is big enough and the white bed sheets are clean. The toiletries were provided regularly. However, when I was allocated the room, the toilet was not flashing and reported it and sorted out immediately. I saw a couple of small Cockroaches in the room.The TV was not clear at all and barely watched any news. Telephone is in the room but never reach the reception.The location is rough, tricky and looks to be dangerous. Even though I was with the local friend, we had to make sure we are back and inside by 6pm.

Worth the Price
Cheapest hotel I found that is relatively roomy. The location is inside an alleyway that is unpleasant but as long as you take a taxi to the outside of the hotel and out it's no problem. Hotel provides transportation at reasonable prices. To SM Mall only cost about 4 or 5 dollars. The 24/7 breakfast diner is good too in case you get hungry. For the Price I think the hotel was great.

Too dangerous, not worth it...
I did not expect the place is not as shown on the pictures..i find it too dangerous especially in the night time, and they have their own car to service the customer as its too hard to call for taxi and very very expensive rate like ripping you off...and what makes it worst there his no wifi as advertised...too bad. It's too dangerous for a new traveler...i wont recommend this place.

Its located back in an alley. Very scary to go out after dark. Septic backing up so urine smell in the room. Wi-Fi very spotty. What are they paying for? Old TV. AC was so loud.

You get what you pay for
This place is close to the airport. 200 peso taxi ride, 4dollars. First I stayed in one of the small single rooms, urine smell from septic backup line. Cold AC, warm shower. No woman allowed in room. Then I upgraded to a larger room for a few dollars more $. Urine smell there too. Cold AC, clean room, good mattress. Overnight guests allowed for more then the room cost. A few things broken.

I booked a double room for 21$. First of all, you have to know that the area is really sketchy and you don't necessarily feel safe outside at night. The service at the front is impeccable. Polite, friendly and they checked us in before the time. That was the only good thing about this place. The room in fact as to be the worst I have seen in the whole Asia. There is barely any cleaning. The shower curtain is so disgusting, you don't even wanna touch it! Also, we thought we had a private double room, but other unwanted friends were in it!!! 6 to be specific. I usually don't complain, because it's quite often the case but in this room, was just too much! I guess they also have more proper bedroom because the reviews in general was ok. So make sure you ask to see the room before you book it if you don't want any surprises. The funny thing is that we saw later on , that the alley that went to our room was named "bugs room"..... Lol
