I liked the people who worked there, verry friendly. It was all just good they even carried my suitcase upstairs. The TV had no signal but maybe that was just during my 1 night stay and i was to tired to watch anyway. All in al a pleasant stay I can recommend.

The hotel is in a bad area, not safe to walk around outside. Staff was rude, not very accommodating. Room stinks of mold. Mattress was so thin, it was terrible. Bathroom was gross. We left within 15 minutes of checking in.

The property would not answer their phone for me or for Expedia rep. Customer service POOR! I wanted to know the policy on having to have a test to stay there it didn’t say on the front page my wife didn’t want to try it if the deny her she would not have a place in Manila. They rejected us. SHAME ON THIS RED DOOR HOTEL!!!!
