Liked the convenience due to proximity to restaurants, shopping and artistic holiday decorations and Venice like ambiance. What I did not like was the aircon leaks water condensation and may drip on your bed or luggages if they happen to be standing under it. I also squished a small roach which fortunately was the only creature I found during our 2 night stay. Water or moisture attracts insects. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the room was generally clean.

The first three buildings we go to (there are 8 bldgs) don’t know where we are booked we have to searched in 3 bldg . We were able to find a vacant unit in one bldg but the room was terrible. Look like a cheap motel and no working air conditioning. We find another in 4th bldg but it was not as expected as advertised. Don’t look luxury at all. We have to pay again as it’s owned by individual owners and not part of Venice Grand Luxury as advertised. Very bad experience. Don’t book here.

The property looks nice and clean but unfortunately there is a smell thats coming from the closed sink. They tried to remedy by putting some aluminum insulation tape but it didn’t help at all. The smell is way too much that you just can’t appreciate the place.

Not worth th price! Obnoxious smell like sewage comes out from the kitchen , you have to leave the place or let the it air out ! Parking fee is too much php200 per day) !!shower room has parly installed glass door making the whole bathroom wet . Not a quality stay !

The property was unsafe due to leaking from the ceiling; the place smelled old, and the cabinets were old and broken; the Wi-Fi wasn’t working; the fridge wasn’t cold, and the freezer didn’t even work. So disappointing for what I paid for it. It was a hassle overall. But the lobby was grand, and the staff, just the unit, had the issue.

The condo was decently nice, but there were many flaws with the condo. When you walk into the condo theres a piece of paper telling you what you can and cant do, and the owners make it seem like they are letting you stay there for free. The bathroom door did not close all the way and stopped short because of the laundry machine. My family found roaches in the bathroom and kitchen and ants going into the fridge. The shower also never let water drain while you were using the shower so it would almost flood the bathroom. The Futon also had multiple stains and was just covered by a fitted sheet.

The property is very convent to the mall and restaurants, just walking distance. The most hated about this place is the communication. I contact them through Expedia and it says the property will email me. I waited by no email was received or any notification thru Expedia. We went there and just found out that there’s different towers, like 8 of them. There 2 towers along the street , the first tower told me that my name is not on their list and I should try the 2nd tower which I did. The 2nd tower guest specialist told me that I’m not on the list. Asked me if I contacted the person /phone number that is listed on Expedia. I told them I did but nobody’s answering and cannot even leave a message. It’s a non working number. I beg the lady to find us any room since it’s Christmas Eve and cannot find any decent accommodation that’s within our budget. So she was able to accept us which I am so thankful with her and the security who helped us with our bags. When we get there, it’s only one queen bed with no blanket, just a quilt. I did reserve for 4 people but there’s no way for us to fit in the bed. So there’s a futton bed bed there’s no bedsheet, no blanket. We asked the front desk and they said we can tell the host by calling the number on our reservation which is a non working number. There’s no way for us to get or buy a bedsheet or towel since it’s late at night and we’re so tired from a long 18 hours flight. Drain is clogged, no extra tissue paper and cockroaches.

It was not bad but needs improvement in services.

Host failed to give instruction and location to which we are staying,. Hotel did.not provide pillow cases and bed sheets for extra guest listed in my booking. No complementary drinks like water at least to welcome tired and sleepy guest which is very common to other hotels nearby specially when you dont have potable water supply in the area.

Terrible room

The description on the website is not what you'll find. There is no two futons and no sofa bed, only two mattress and a separated sofa that does not turn into a double sofa. The room is in terrible condition, dirty, and not private. The owner does not communicate at all and no instructions. The only good thing about this place is the location and front desk services.
