Excellent

Hesitant at first due to bad comments however it seems there is always a room for improvement. The stay was excellent. Fast responses to inquiries, the room was clean, easy check in and out. its smdc therefore its normal to be small in size. 19F room has highspeed wifi connection and netflix.

Total Scam!!!!

This is a private owned room, like they let you stay in a room they owned previously. It has microwave, laundry machine, pots, pans, dinner ware, etc. The owners housekeeper let us into the room, no check-in like the other guests. Then asked for money because we checked in early. Total scam!!!

The Lobby is immaculate. Great location. But no early check in. Everything else is an added fee. You have to follow a bureaucratic red tape just to use the pool and yes another fee. The reception is out of the loop with reservation. The worst part is the amenities. The beddings comprise of brown short blanket and flimsy pillow. No toiletries provided. The place is a good pace to stay if you don’t mind the absence of a front desk, room service and access to pool. Plus, if you do stay bring your own toiletries and beddings.

The lobby and the view is amazing but the amenities is terrible. Not enough beddings, towels and toiletries. Everything is else is EXTRA. Never arrive early because they charge an extra fee for every hour that you check in early. Using the pool is also another EXTRA fee. We’ve booked for 4 people but the toiletries is only good for one. Place is not really suited for guests. I would prefer staying in a regular hotel like Linden Suites. I have booked the place for 1 night and 2 nights.

Very poor services; no maintenance service.

The bedroom was flooded for two nights; water may have come from clogged or poor air-conditioning system. Sales Contact person Ms Lyka Rey did not respond to our request for assistance during our two nights stay. I was informed by Bldg Maintenance that it is not their obligation for services & it's the condo owner who is responsible for maintenance! I did not take photos of the room.
