"We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed our meals in the dining area, with fabulous view over the valley and distant hills. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Best of all - the staff are wonderful, helpful, cheerful, friendly and so patient with us travellers. Only one challenge: the road up to the hotel is in poor...

Next day the manager said that I need to pay out of my pocket because Expedia didn't send any reservation. I tried to call Expedia and it was not easy. When I got home I call Expedia and made the complain I was hoping they return my money but they didn't. The manager did not help me to contact Expedia just said that I need to pay because he was busy. "
