"The photos on the website looked pretty and the room was nice with lovely views. it said in the details it was 1 minute walk to Erhai Lake whereas it was actually a drive up a steep hill and then 60 steps down to the hotel and another 30 stairs to get down to the room. Very little choice of food for breakfast and limited selection for evening meal and nothing else close by. The hotel were messaging before our stay biut were not particularly welcoming or helpful seeming more interested in playing...

"The service from staff was excellent attentive and kind. Unfortunately the hotel was extremely difficult to find because every major map app including the map on the Orbitz listing was wrong. We walked around for almost an hour trying to find it."

"Very convenient. Just opposite the high speed rail station. Theres escalator to cross the overhead bridge. Infront of the hotel theres a bus terminal. Can board buses to old town from there. Had a very pleasant stay. "
