"Attention logement partagé ! En effet, vous réservez une chambre mais le reste du logement (wc, cuisine, salon, terrasse) sont partagés avec les autres personnes qui ont réservé des chambres. Hormis cette subtilité, le logement est propre et bien agencé. Par contre, la literie est fatiguée, la porte de la salle de bains ferme tres difficilement. "Le site a un gros potentiel. Malheureusement les installations tant pour le logement que pour les activités sont plus que vieillissantes et nécessitent une sérieuse rénovation. Il y a cependant du choix pour les activités avec les enfants et le site est très sympa (un lac avec des Pédalos entre autres). "Our stay at Château Léognan was unfortunately cut short due to the nearby wildfires, but even with the unexpected circumstances, our experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was seamless, and our room was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and full of charm. It was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. When the wildfires forced us to leave earlier than planned, the team handled the situation with incredible professionalism, kindness, and generosity. Without hesitation, they refunded our entire stay, which was far beyond what we expected and demonstrated their genuine care for their guests. Although we had to continue our vacation on the Côte d’Azur instead of enjoying more time at this beautiful property, we left with nothing but gratitude and admiration for the Château Léognan team. Their outstanding hospitality turned a disappointing situation into one that reminded us how much excellent service matters. We look forward to returning one day under happier circumstances. Highly recommended!"
