"As always our stay at this hotel was extremely enjoyable. Staff are excellent, very helpful and efficient, but also very friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent, with rooms overlooking the Nile, Valley of the Kings and much more.Several restaurants of different kinds, along with several other relaxed areas where food is served give excellent choices of food.Excellent pool and garden area overlooking the Nile which is well maintained and kept extremely clean. An excellent all round choice of hotel."

"So my stay was amazing! Myself and my friend went. I highly recommend booking a Nile view. I did pay a little bit extra for it - we only stayed for one night but it was absolutely breathtaking just seeing the Nile. The pools were great, we did not know there was a jacuzzi but that looked great. The breakfast oh my word the best breakfast spread you will ever see - they have everything from a waffle/crepe/egg station to 10 different types of homemade jams - I would stay again for the breakfast alone. My friend and I only booked one night as we are only staying in Luxor for 2 days and back to Cairo but after the experience wit this hotel we wished we were there longer!! We also got a massage done and I forgot the name of the manager but he was amazing so accommodating and helpful as well as his amazing staff- my masseuse was unreal!! We really loved the shops too - we wanted to get souvenirs which is hard to get in Egypt because of all the unjust tourist prices and people yelling come to my shop, but the ones in the hotel were amazing especially the one selling all alabaster material stuff! This hotel is worth every penny the rooms are amazing, so quiet, great aircon everything you need and more!!! "

"Everything was just perfect . The room has everything you need and is spacious and the bathroom is big as well . The restaurants are great and the food delicious and not expensive . Mustafa from reception went out of his way to make our stay comfortable , gave us an early check in and looked after us . The pools are out of this world overlooking the Nile . Drinks at the bar affordable . One of our favorite hotels in the world "

"Room recently renovated. Always clean. Towels were great. Body wash and hand soap available for use. Hair dyer, electric kettle to make your own coffee/tea. A/C awesome! Blankets/bedding comfortable. Staff were very nice and tried to help as much as possible. We requested laundry service and it was done quickly. 50 cents a piece for just laundry. If you want ironing, then 50 more cents (usd). We traveled as a couple and enjoyed our time there. Just prepare yourself to face all the vendors once you step out of the hotel…. But that is Egypt NOT the hotel. "
