"On hotels.com, this hotel advertises breakfast, however you are only given a little bag with a bagel and a yogurt and a juice and it’s only from 6 AM to 9 AM. None of this was noted on your website, that could make a difference between people choosing hotels for the same price.
I was told about what we were going to get for breakfast however I was not told about the timing when I checked in and next morning I arrived there at 9:30 and they told me they no longer had breakfast available.
I stayed on this same hotel about five years ago and I remember them having a really nice area for breakfast which they still have but it’s corded and there is no access to it. I was told by the person at the front desk that they have no plans to improve it, and there is no plans to ever have fresh breakfast again.
I know this is a minor thing compared to the actual stay at the hotel, but those are things that need to be noted.
My room was large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Only stayed there for one night and for the price it was adequate.
