"I selected this hotel based on the photos and descriptions provided on the Expedia site. Once I checked in and gained admittance to the suite, I discovered it was shabby, broken furniture and dirty. I went back to the desk and said given the condition of the suite, I didn’t want to stay and asked for a refund. Desk person told me OK they would cancel and refund my money. A day later I saw the charge and received an email from the hotel telling me they would not refund my money. Expedia shouldn’t publish fake info! Beware of this hotel."

"Very run down. Had to switch to a new room as our first one had a dirty bathroom, the faucet in the tub was falling off, one of the towel rods fell off the wall and the light over the sink only worked intermittently. Next room was cleaner but the whole house place seems like it’s on its last leg."
