"The grounds and hotel were very well tended. The theming was great, and we loved wandering around the grounds. The bus to the parc was not as scheduled as I’d have liked, but did arrive around 30’ intervals. I’d stay again"

"Was upgraded to a suite with a balcony and it was fantastic other than the Aircon could not cool the room down and all reception could offer was a separate plug in fan. In the morning going to the bathroom we realised that the mirror is heated and was very hot and may have been to blame for the heating of the room. The pool,sauna and steam room was a nice touch to relax in and the airport shuttle really helpful. Restaurants was ok for dinner better for breakfast with the prices reasonably set. On the whole good for the night either after arriving in Verona or before flying out or a convention / business trip Would I use again yes but keep the bathroom door closed."
