Communication was excellent, co-operative and accommodating. The property clean, renovated, was well appointed and more spacious than we had anticipated. "Bianca and Roberto were absolutely AMAZING! It was my first time in Europe so I was unaware of the different outlets. Bianca was very accommodating and made sure to find a charger I could use! They provided a very nice breakfast and Bianca even volunteered to fix us lunch and dinner. The property was exceptionally beautiful with breathtaking views. They made us feel very welcome and it was a pleasure to meet them! I even called to ask Bianca for train instructions as we were leaving Roma Termini...
