"Room was clean and the suite was larger than I expected. The front desk staff was not especially welcoming or personable, but they weren't necessarily unprofessional or rude- I just didn't catch a very friendly or warm vibe and was left feeling like I was seen as a bother. Overall, I'll probably stay someplace else that's newer and/or has better amenities for the price."

"Great place to stop by for a night. It's pretty clean, doesn't have weird smells, stuff is friendly, and a good breakfast. Check in is at 3 and check out at 11. Some stores are nearby too. Would want to come back again!!"

"Clean, nice comfortable king-size bed! Good working ac/heat, super nice and friendly staff. Felt safe in the area, super close to the university. There are food places nearby and gas stations and a Walgreens! Close to I-5. They have breakfast we didn’t wake up early enough to try. Bathroom was clean and the good working shower!"

"We had an excellent overnight stay at this Motel October of 2026. The location was perfect for getting to Mount Baker Theatre for a concert we were attending, and for great places to eat nearby. The owners are amazing. We received a very warm welcome and felt their pride in their newly remodeled property. Lily, the office dog, was very welcoming at this dog friendly establishment. The bathroom was a nice surprise. Better than I have had on cruise ships and in hotels in London and Paris. Coffee is in the office in the morning and while there may be fewer amenities than you would expect in a hotel, our stay was perfect for a motel. Safety is a priority of staff, and they go to lengths to make sure the motel and parking lot stay safe and quiet. We will happily stay there again."
