"I was impressed from the moment we checked in. I had asked for an accessible room since it was a 2-story building with no elevator. Not only did they give us an accessible room, but it was as close as it could possibly be to the ice machine & the breakfast room! Very much appreciated for my mom who has some mobility issues. The room was clean, spacious, & comfortable. You can tell they really thought about the long term when they remodeled. No nasty carpet, just clean laminate flooring throughout! The room included a couch & coffee table, desk w chair, little dining table with 2 more chairs, comfy king bed with plenty of pillows & entertainment console w microwave & fridge. Beautiful vessel sink & hardware, exceptional water pressure & temperature & full size toiletries for less waste!! None of those silly little plastic tubes with a drop of shampoo! What a smart idea! I didn’t use the iron, but noticed it was a Shark! Shark is a very reliable brand, shows they really care about the quality of the products they offer. Coffee pot & pods in the room so we could make our own, but also the breakfast room just across the hall & another coffee bar a few short steps away in the lobby. Let’s talk about the breakfast room!!! Holy cow they go all out!! & staff is constantly in there cleaning & restocking for the duration! Loved the hand painted artwork by Anna throughout the property as well! I wish these folks had other properties around the PNW! Highly recommend!!!"
