"Room was very clean and checking in and out were very easy."

"It was clean and quiet which is what I value above anything else. My only issue is that I dropped my EarPods between the night stand and the bed and when I retrieved them, I didn’t realize that one was left behind until I was at the airport about to catch my flight. I called to see if they could go find it but they told me that they couldn’t find it even though it kept showing it was at the hotel location. Call several days after and got the same answer. I kept telling them that the earbud was showing the same location. It’s being 5 days and I gave up as I got no help from the staff. Don’t lose anything small."

"The rooms were clean, Jessica was awesome at the bar, the breakfast buffet was great. Parking for an additional 25 a day kinda stunk but cheaper than moving around car. Hotel should pay for that not customers. Being located on Pearl street is not true. Its on pearl Parkway and is a 20- 30 min walk depending on how fast you walk. So a little misleading there..indoor pool was nice."
