It is a lovely family-run hotel and the staff treats all its guests with immense respect, care and love. The two cousins – Saif and Saif, as well as Mohammed – were a delight. They were very helpful, always smiling and were running a perfect show. Their services beats a 5-star hotel especially considering I stayed at the W (Abu Dhabi) and Hyatt (Dubai) right after the stay at Galaxy – and which could not match Galaxy’s hospitality.
The view of the hotel is the USP and the pictures are very accurate. Best place to stay in Egypt if you are going for the pyramids and even otherwise.
