O local é bonito, com piscina grande e em frente a praia. O apartamento tem 2 quartos e com possibilidades de cozinhar para quem quizer. É perto das praias de Antunes e Barra Grande. Mas o custo-benefício não é dos melhores devido ao valor cobrado para o que oferece. Os pontos negativos, são: - Wi-fi muito ruim, deixam o wi-fi coletivo da area da piscina que é muito lento. Falta ter um wi-fi para o apartamento - Área da piscina não vende cerveja - 3g da vivo não pega bem no condomínio - Piscina em manutenção nas terças, ou seja, o valor da diária é a mesma e vc não pode usar a piscina - muito longe do centro de Maragogi, cerca de 20mim de carro - Café da manhã nao incluso no valor e é difícil achar padaria perto - Chuveiro dá choque - Quarto de frente da piscina muito claro. O blackout nao resolve a claridade pela manhã pois o sol entra nas beiradas

Excelente ambiente familiar, mas instalações ruins

Definitivamente, trata-se de um ambiente familiar agradável, no entanto, não acho que vale por todo investimento, haja vista as instalações. Mas o que mais me deixou chateado foi quanto ao Serviço de Internet que estava claro que estava incluído e que funcionava, o que não foi verdade. O sinal fica disponível somente na área comum, e não funciona no quarto, local onde necessitava diante da necessidade de envio de e-mails do computador pessoal e arquivos de trabalho. Isso sem falar que sequer houve instrução de como funcionaria e teríamos acesso a senha para tal. Tive de correr atrás e mesmo assim, só consegui só depois de um dia lá. Outro ponto foi o chuveiro! Pouquíssima água! E por fim, café da manhã, apesar de pago a parte, uma única pessoa para dar conta de um grande grupo de pessoas. Inviável!

No Geral a estadia foi excelente. Fiquei no apto 76. Porém gostaria de pontuar alguns pequenos detalhes: A chave da porta de vidro estava emperrada, tinha que suspender a porta e colocar muita força na chave para abrir e fechar; a geladeira ora funcionava e ora não; e torneira da pia do banheiro com um pequeno vazamento; internet wi-fi só funciona na área do salão de jogos. Mas nada que atrapalhasse minha estada no local. Quero voltar lá em breve!

Flat pé na areia excelente pra famílias com crianças, de frente pro maravilhoso mar de Maragogi. Piscina bem tratada e jardinagem em perfeitas condições. A água é escura, deixa a desejar, sendo imprópria para consumo. O Wi.fi funciona apenas nas áreas comuns.

O prive maragogi é um lugar agradável. Fica próximo à praia, à vista é linda, a piscina é tratada todos os dias. O apartamento que fiquei deixou muito a desejar. Não vale o preço que cobra. Mal dividido, a geladeira fica dentro do quarto, o chuveiro passava corrente e a torneira quebrada, o forno do fogão não funcionava. A funcionária me cobrou o depósito que eu já havia feito e mando e-mail. Enfim, o lugar eu recomendo, o quarto não.

Excelente relación precio-calidad

La relación precio calidad es más que buena. Es un condominio frente al mar. El mar es lindo (calentino, transparente), aunque la playa no es nada del otro mundo. Mejora mucho cuando baja la marea. La pileta está muy buena. Y el entorno en general es muy lindo, ideal para la familia. Mi hijo de 2 años se la pasó corriendo de un lado para el otro y buscando los animales que hay en los murales y en los azulejos del suelo. Por los que pagué (65 dólares) no hay nada de esta calidad y frente al mar. Mi habitación tenía un balcón con hamaca paraguaya y vista al mar. Baño arriba y abajo. Arriba había una habitación muy grande. Abajo, el living con tele y la cocina, bastante bien equipada, aunque no andaba una de las dos hornallas. El primer día se nos rompió el agua caliente, nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación y como les pedimos quedarenos mostraron mucha predisposición para arreglarlo. O sea, no hay mala intención, todo lo contrario, los empleados son amables y buscan que te sientas bien. El desayuno no es nada de otro mundo. Cumple y punto. Se destacan los tamales, los mejores que probé. Hay un pequeño quiosco con algunas cosas básicas, pero que no vende alcohol (quizás por esto de que es un lugar familiar). Enfrente, sobre la ruta, hay una dependencia policial pequeña. El balance es bueno, ni hablar por el precio que cuesta.

Hotel próximo a belas praias.

O privê é bem familiar, não gostei da agua ,pois é de poço, e muito escura. O Wifi NÃO funciona. Porém é muito bem cuidado, e está sempre limpo. A praia de Peroba que fica em frente ao hotel , é PERFEITA.

O flat é bem equipado e bem agradável. O que merece ser alertado é que ele não tem uma estrutura de recepção organizada e que se você deixar pra pagar no local, não aceita cartão de crédito. De resto é uma excelente opção para passar alguns dias com a família, pois o apartamento é muito bem equipado - fogão, microondas, liquidificador, etc
