Limpeza, organização, cordialidade dos funcionários... Condomínio nota 10,0. Lugar lindo com ótimo acesso a todas as praias de Maragogi e São José da Coroa Grande. Rede Wifi deixa a desejar, é apenas esse ponto que pode melhorar.
