Overall, such an amazing property, beautiful views, and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Anglers Ale was without a doubt our best meal. What I will come back with is the breakfast café staff was lacking and we had a couple items that Engineering team had to fix in our room. Other than those two minor things we had one of the most wonderful times ever.

The resort was beautiful. The food was good but pricey. We loved having the option to have the food/drinks delivered by the pool. The bed was comfortable and the Cabana room was very convenient to have right next to the adult pool area. Our only issue was the AC fluctuated a bit and a few nights it got too cold (one of our neighbors room was way too warm so it could have been worse). And the hot water wasn't really hot enough to take a decent shower. But overall we felt these were minor issues and the staff was so amazing we felt well taken care of otherwise.

Just returned from Hawks Cay, we loved the property in general. The big pool, the lagoon, the outdoor spaces all well maintained. It was our first time here and we appreciated the modern decoration of the lobby and all the areas around it, the breakfast cafe and the restaurant . We stayed at the Pool Cabana room, perfect location in front of the main pool. The room was spacious , with a mini fridge and a coffee maker. Good lighting and space to store your things. My only suggestion would be to improve the beddings and mattresses. Overall I got the feeling of a good old time American resort. Perfect for families since the kids can be at the pool, or kayaking at the lagoon or even fishing. We recommend it 👍

The place are beautiful!!! The staff were very nice and welcoming!!! We booked the 3 bedroom premium villa which is upgraded and little bigger it was really cool we love it , the only thing was that we had an issue with the Wifi we complained the moment we found out they said we send someone no one come!!! We keeping asking and asking we went to the front desk we will send the IT guy in hour we were there for 5 days he never come!!!!! The Arcade room and fitness room Was open 8-5 nothing to do after 5pm very disappointed, the water park was closed the Dolphin was closed no Dolphin!!! Restaurant is little over priced!!!! The place is very beautiful !!!

The property was beautiful. The rooms were not that great. The cleaning staff didn’t do a great job cleaning our room. There was hair in the shower drain from when we arrived until we left and the room was cleaned two times. Donnie with the water sports was amazing!

We had a great time! The pool, lagoon and restaurants were amazing. The only downside was our villa was in need of some upkeep and a good deep clean. We found someone’s under garments by our washer and the corners of the tub and walls throughout were dirty. We only had one wash cloth when we checked in for three people and had to get more from the front desk. Also, the kitchen equipment in the villa was sub par. Only one pan to cook on and it was warped and scratched, no baking sheets, no pot holders, no can opener or pizza cutter. The staff however, was top notch and very friendly.

I ended up paying an additional $377 to park for 4 days and along with their other fees. Their pools close at 7pm. The bar food is subpar. The lagoon is nice but is instantly overcrowded with kids on paddle boards and kayaks so not relaxing if you want to swim. I was charged to my room for something I paid for. The person who was very nice didn't really speak English well, so he was confused. If you want somewhere to take your kids, this would be a good place. If you want to just chill go somewhere else.

Very nice property. Very clean great view. Pools were awesome! The only complaint is they do not have prices on anything in their food market/cafe.

The property is good but the rooms need to be upkept better. We rented three rooms and one of them smelled pretty bad like a wet smell the other room drain was not working too good. We found the breakfast extremely bad, expensive and with little offerings. The pool area bar and lobby were nice and the staff was very nice. great view and I think they are under using this property. This property has a lot of potential but unless they really focus on moving the restaurant to the back area where you see the water and provide a better dining option I think people will just dine elsewhere.
