"The room was clean and it indeed fits 3 people with having 2 persons on the big bed in the middle. Most of the staff speak English and were very kind and helpful. It's only 30 minutes away by train from Brussels central which is the most important area in Brussels."

"Really friendly and helpful staff. Good location just a short bus trip or 30 minute stroll into city centre. Rooms very clean but very small. Fine for 1 night stay though. Really secure underground parking for €15 a night. Although car park is a little tight if you have a bigger car. Also has kettle in room. Would certainly use again if ever in Brussels"

"Very good hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Going out of the airport was a pain as it's fully surrounded by a fence, so shuttle or taxi is needed to get to the hotel"

"The room was clean and in excellent order. Liked the fact it had cooking facilities, fridge, mini safe plus a laundromat and fitness room on site. Although the hotel looks on a map that it's a fair distance from the centre it's so well served by public transport - the bus stop is just outside and the metro is just a short walk. "

"The hotel was nice staff friendly but our room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. I was meant to be in a non smoking room and was quite disappointed when i walked into the room as the smell was very strong. I think its more stale smell than a recent one. "

"The hotel was beautiful but neither Hotels.com or the hotel bothered to give advanced notice of construction going on. Very hard to understand why they would put any one directly under construction. So yeah the hotel was nice, but a really crappy experience waking up to literally jack hammering!"

"First room (424) smelt like a toilet on arrival. Reception gave us another room (474), which when we got there was disappointing to see it was directly next to the elevator’s. However, unlike in other hotels where similar rooms had been noisy from lift mechanisms, opening and closing doors, guests chatting on entry and exit of lift, our room was surprisingly very, very quiet. It was a ‘superior’ room we booked, yet there was nothing superior about either room including stained carpets in both. Room 474 was comfy but basic. Whilst it lacked some things usually found in most hotel rooms, we slept very well, which for me is most important. Breakfast is just…… OK, the selection is basic, but ok. However, everyday, the cheese & cold meats looked like they’d been out for a long time and for the first time ever, i did not even try them due to their appearance. Machine coffee was just about drinkable. The machine juices I tried once and not again. They gave fresh oranges and a machine to put them in to squeeze, if you can be bothered with theirs, the taste is good, though I’d have preferred my orange juice to be cold, so perhaps chilling the oranges would be better. The staff were good, no issues there. The bar has a decent selection of Belgian beer and English premier league football on screen (no sound). Location great for trains, buses and airport bus. "
