My courtyard room was clean and spacious with a good sized bed and a small patio area.
I didn't have breakfast or use the bar, so can't comment on the food/drink here. The staff in the hotel were very friendly on arrival and on the occasions I passed them entering/leaving.
If you're on foot this is a great hotel to stay at. The seafront promenade/nearest beach is 5 minutes walk away - with plenty of restaurants/bars etc within a few extra minutes. There are places to hire bikes/scooters etc if you want to explore further along the seafront.
3 mins walk (enroute to seafront) is a supermarket for anything you might want/need - the room I stayed in had a fridge if you want to store food/drink.
5 minutes walk the other way is the beautiful old town with its myriad of shops, interesting buildings and restaurants.
You'll need to consider how you get to/from the hotel. It's down a pedestrian road, a good 20+ minutes walk from main bus station but taxi dropped me at one end of road. You can also investigate the local bus routes.
The hotel doesn't have a car park, so you'd pay for the public one a couple of minutes away if you intend to bring a car. May be worth investigating other hotels in that case.
Other potential negatives is the lack of kettle, the TV being small for the size of the room, and the lack of a bath despite the bathroom being big enough to fit a combined bath/shower. Personally, none of these I'd have used on my stay but may be important to others.
