Nicely located clean big room.
Nice central location. Great host. Nice clean big room. Short walk to Venice beach and other beaches as well as restaurants and Marbella old town. Be aware of you have a car though as the hotel is in a street with pedestrian access only.

Lovely hotel
This is the second time we stayed in this hotel and it will not be the last! The hotel is ideally situated, in between the old town and the beach. It’s literally a few minutes stroll to either. The rooms are big (as are the bathrooms), and very light and airy. All the staff are extremely friendly! Definitely recommend!

The place is amazing, the lady who runs it is really lovely and helpful, the room was great, the bed was huge and comfy. And there was plenty of information about everything which appears to be a rarity in Spain.

Great value hotel in good location, (if no car)
My courtyard room was clean and spacious with a good sized bed and a small patio area. I didn't have breakfast or use the bar, so can't comment on the food/drink here. The staff in the hotel were very friendly on arrival and on the occasions I passed them entering/leaving. If you're on foot this is a great hotel to stay at. The seafront promenade/nearest beach is 5 minutes walk away - with plenty of restaurants/bars etc within a few extra minutes. There are places to hire bikes/scooters etc if you want to explore further along the seafront. 3 mins walk (enroute to seafront) is a supermarket for anything you might want/need - the room I stayed in had a fridge if you want to store food/drink. 5 minutes walk the other way is the beautiful old town with its myriad of shops, interesting buildings and restaurants. You'll need to consider how you get to/from the hotel. It's down a pedestrian road, a good 20+ minutes walk from main bus station but taxi dropped me at one end of road. You can also investigate the local bus routes. The hotel doesn't have a car park, so you'd pay for the public one a couple of minutes away if you intend to bring a car. May be worth investigating other hotels in that case. Other potential negatives is the lack of kettle, the TV being small for the size of the room, and the lack of a bath despite the bathroom being big enough to fit a combined bath/shower. Personally, none of these I'd have used on my stay but may be important to others.

For staying in central Marbella near Old Town and waterfront this is an excellent option. Staff are helpful. Area is interesting. It is in keeping with Old Town formats, this is not an IBIS.

Great centrally located hotel with super friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. This is a two star hotel rating but it has a standard of a 3,5 stars. Price is great for what you get.

Great location if traveling without a car.
Great location for the old town. hard to find in a car, not being on a street. Parking was a long way away, several hundred meters and a busy road to cross. Parking is an extra 12 Euros per night. Breakfast good, but space limited and you may need to wait for a table in busy times. Overall condition of hotel was good and staff were nice. The biggest plus is the closeness to the old town bars and restaurants, just a few hundred meters. I would stay again.

Location, Location, and location
Small,Cuzy, very clean hotel with a nice bathroom / A/C and good breakfast for only 5E. Office people were there to help the passenger 24 hour a day. Walking distance to old town, Orange square, the beach, Taxi, Bus and supper market. But, if you are looking for a fancy hotel with view you won’t like this hotel. Although it has a tiny balcony but it’s ot useable.

Great location and hotel.
Great location to old town. The hotel is clean and great service. We had the morning breakfast for 5euro and it was good, smaller than other places but for 5euro you can't complain. Life is good!

Nice clean hotel really centrally located
Staff were super friendly and location was great Our room had a lovely terrace which was nice to chill in - we often had a picnic lunch there Roof top terrace was very comfortable - you could take drinks available from the hotel up there Great to have a fridge in the room to keep water and snacks cold Would have liked a safe in the room rather than a communal one in the reception area Despite asking for a late checkout this was not granted - would have been nice to have it extended just by 1hr but never mind the hotel was full so can appreciate that The beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable but that might have been personal choice Bathroom was large - the shower had to be held in our hands because if you had it on full power it rotated in the bracket and water flew everywhere. But the pressure was great The towels were all clean but very thin and felt like there was some coating on there which prevented you from drying yourself

Charming and quiet boutique hotel
We have stayed in this hotel a few times in winter during low season. The hotel is well located in central Marbella and has good quality service and friendly staff. Can warmly recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was great for what we wanted. We just wanted a basic but clean and nice base to go sightseeing and for nice food and drink in the evenings. It's less than 5 min walk to orange square and 5 min walk to beach. The staff were pleasant and spoke good English. Fresh towels daily. The hotel is up a narrow pedestrianised street. As its an old high building there aren't any good views from the rooms. We didn't eat here so I can't comment on the food. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again for a short trip.

Far too good a hotel to be called a 2-star hotel
Very friendly and service-minded staff, a breakfast customised to your personal preferences, comfortable beds and stylish decor in clean rooms. The penthouse apartment is perfect for a family. We were very positively surprised on every level. Location is central yet in a quiet street where cars are not allowed. The only drawback was that parking can be a challenge (and expensive) at such a central location.

We really liked the hotel and its great value for money. The staff and the manager were really nice and they didn't have any problem to cancel the last two nights because a change in our itinerary.

Cute boutique hotel reasonable price & good loca
Hotel was lovely room was cleaned daily and location was perfect just near orange square. Would have been nicer to have a separate dining room as we had to eat breakfast beside the reception and there was not much to choose from as hot food only fried eggs.
