The staff is extremely friendly and are at the front desk around the clock. It is about a 5 minute straight walk down the street to the tram system, which allows you to easily access the airport and other parts of the city."

No noise from inside hotel, good sleep environment with blackout curtains. Breakfast was exceptionally good and the staff kept the large food selection maintained even for late arrival to the 7-10 AM breakfast . Very pleased with everything. Everyone was fluent in English and for that I was grateful."

"Solo traveler. I arrived super early planning on leaving my luggage, and I was pleasantly surprised they were able to get me in a room right away. They were very close to the tram so I was able to easily commute back into the city center. I ate breakfast there one day and it was a nice buffet of some American and Italian offerings. Had dinner there my final night, which was perfect. Room was clean, AC cold and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again!"
