Merkezi bir konumda fakat otele araçla direk giriş mümkün değil. Temizlik idare ederdi. Otelin sayfasında terlik yazıyor olmasına rağmen odalarda terlik yoktu. Otel sahibi ilgiliydi fakat konforlu bir konaklama geçiremedik

It was very hard to find, no access by car. They overcharged and did not give any breakfast. TV did not function. It had a beautiful view but no amenities, no food and little service. No foreign language ability either

Otel konum itibariyle eski mardinde çarşıya çok yakın ulaşım konusunda hiçbir problem yaşamadık.otel sahibi yusuf abi çok ilgili ve yardımsever birisi. Her anlamda bize yardımcı oldu, nereleri gezebiliriz nerde ne yiyebiliriz gibi soruların cevaplarını onun sayesinde öğrendik yönlendirmeleri sayesinde güzel bir gezi oldu bizim için. temiz ve güvenilir bir yer güleryüzleri ve ilgileri için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Araba ile otele ulaşmak zor. Aracınızı otele yakın bir yere bırakmanız iyi olacaktır. Otelin konumu harika. Otel sahibi Yusuf bey çok kibar ve yardımcı birisi. Bize gezi haritası bile yaptı. Mardin mutlaka görülmeli :)

Stayed during pandemic period during last week of Oct. 2021 with no health problems. Hygiene was good. Due to pandemic measures taken in the premises no breakfast was being served. Finding a place to park is always a problem in old city Mardin. We could hardly find a free parking place for our van about 2-streets below the hotel elevation and had to hand carry our luggage thru steep-narrow street (Closes in Scotland are wider than the closes of Mardin). Hotel building is at least 900 years old, well renovated; Terraces have exceptionally superb night scenery of historic Mesopotamia plains which presents a view probably more than 100km in southern direction all the way into Iraq and Syria..Fantastic grounds allows you to look back some 5000-6000 years...Enjoyed our stay of 2-nights in 3-rooms with another 2-couple of close friends. Very friendly owner management and personnel. Will definitely try to book same hotel when we travel to Mardin in future.
