I highly recommend this hotel! The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful and help you in every way. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The room has everything you need. The hotel is located near the old town, which can be reached by city bus. Those who like beer can get it in the hotel's restaurant.

Otelin girişini bulmak tam bir bulmacaydı. İş merkezinden bozma bir oteldi. Personel güler yüzlü idi ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Perde bozuktu, klima çalışıyor ama ayar ve ısı düğmeleri sıkıntılıydı. Vasat bir oteldi, yer bulamazsanız kalınabilir.

Müessesenin biraz zamana ihtiyacı var

Öncelikle büyük bir hayal kırıklığı oldu bu benim için.Odalar tam hazırlanmamış.Üç odamız vardı,bir tanesinde önceki günlerde böcek ilaçlaması yapılmış etrafta ölü böcekler vardı,diğer odada tuvalette idrar vardı ve oda kokuyordu,Benim kaldığım oda tozluydu,yatak altında eskiden kalma şişe ve toz vardı,kalın perde eksik idi,yıkanmış ama takılmamıştı.yastık kılıfım lekeliydi,konuştuk değiştirdiler,pikem sarıydı,onu da söyledim değiştirdiler ama şansıma nemliymiş,kullanmadım.Havlular sararmış,bu beni rahatsız etti,kirli sarı bir rengi vardı,yeni olan bir müessese neden böyle olur bilmiyorum ama nice büyük oteller var,onlarda bu olmuyorsa demek ki burada eksik bir şeyler var.Peki her şey mi kötüydü arkadaş ? Hayır otel çalışanları gayretli insanlardı,problemleri çözmek için iyi niyetlerini gösterdiler.Anlayışlı kibar bir ekip var. Buranın biraz zaman ihtiyacı var bence,inşallah ilerde daha da iyi olurlar.

Nette schone kamer, ruime kamer. Wij hebben 4 persoonskamer geboekt en hadden zelfs 5 bedden. Personeel was behulpzaam. Parkeren was mogelijk in parkeergarage. Hotel is wel op een druk kruispunt maar geluidoverlast valt mee.

Ailecek kaldığımız otelde çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımseverlerdi. Konum olarak yeni Mardin denilen yerde kalıyor ama çevresinde restoran,kafe ve market benzeri imkanları çoktu. Kapalı otoparkı olması çok güzeldi. Yine gelecek olsam tereddüt etmeden tercih ederim.

Genel anlamda vasat bir otel. Kahvaltısı kalitesiz. Odamızda duş başlığı ve klozet kapağı bozuktu onarılmasını talep etsemde yapamadılar. 4 kişilik rezervasyon yapmıştık 2 havlu seti koymuşlar onun içinde de ayak havlusu yok. Tuvaleti ayrıca gider kokuyor. Otopark giriş ve çıkışlarında illa ki bir süre resepsiyondan gelmelerini bekliyorsunuz. Sonuç olarak seçeneğiniz yoksa idare eder.

Personel ilgiliydi.Özellikle Nusrat Bey çok yardımcı oldu.Fakat kahvaltı vasat altı diyebilirim.İlk gün 45 dk bekledik.Yemeden çıktık.İkinci gün vasattı geliştirmeleri gerekir.Tereyağ yerine margarin koymuşlar diğer kahvaltı malzemeleri de kalitesi çok düşüktü.

Excellent hotel

Lovely hotel, very modern & clean. All the staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Only 10 minutes walk to the shopping centre.

Otel süper çalışan arkadaşlar ilgili ve çok samimi temizlik yönünden de iyiydi kahvaltısı da harika biz çok memnun kaldık bizim kaldığımız odanın wc sinde havalandırma yoktu o da olsa tamamen kusursuz olacaktı teşekkürler

Havalimanına çok yakın bir mesafede etrafında market ve yemek yiyecek yerler var. Odalar tertemiz ve ferah çalışanları çok ilgili en büyük avantaj klima olmasıydı. Otel personelleri son derece misafirperver ve yardımseverdi. Aracımda aküyle ilgili bi sorun çıktı ona bile kendi görevleriymiş gibi yardım ettiler. Odalar büyük ve ferah.
