Great place to stay

Everything was great, the guys in the hotel are amazing. Immediately responded to all our requirements. Helped with transportations, met us to/from taxi down the road and carried our bags. Recommended place to stay!

Beautiful view over Mesopotamia

Lovely hotel in the old part of Mardin with a fabulous view over Mesopotamia. Lots of stairs to get to the Main Street. I was a bit disappointed with the double room which appeared to have no window but the Staff suggested we pay a bit extra and get an upgrade to the top room where we had a lovely view and a sitting area. The bathroom was basic for the price we paid.

Isınma ile ilgili bir sorun yaşadık. Fakat çalışanlar her türlü yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Otelin konumu çok güzel, taş bir konak. Çalışanlar ilgili fakat kahvaltı zayıf. Valiz taşına konusunda merdivenlerden çıkarken Ömer yardımcı oldu. Ayrıca otelin müdürü her zaman bize yardımcı olmaya çalıştı.

Everything was perfect. Staff were so helpful from the time of check-in until departure. The main street is near by to all the amazing shops and restaurants. Lovely ancient city with beautiful sunset views. Highly recommend.

Konaklamanın ilk anından son anına kadar her konuda yardımcı oldular Mardin’in sokaklarında kaybolmayalım diye bize eşlik etti arkadaşlar herşeyiyle çok güzel bir deneyimdi terasının manzarası harika otel zaten tarihi bir konak ve orjinalliği korunmuş bir daha ki gelişimizde de tek adresimiz olacak. BÜYÜLEYİCİ BİR KONAKLAMA ALANI

Mardine ilk gelişimdi bu kadar güzel bir konaklama ve misafirperverlik ile karşılaşabildiğim için çok mutluyum. Oldukça güler yüzlü, ilgili ve samimi çalışanlarıyla bizi konfor alanımızda hissettirdiler. Otele ulaşım, otelden ayrılışımızda bizi yalnız bırakmadıkları için teşekkür ederim. Otel konumu harikaydı. Her yere yürüyerek gidip gelebildik. Aynı zamanda inzivaya çekilecek kadar da sakin sokaklardan birindeydi. Teras manzaraları çok güzel, odalar hala tarihi dokusunu koruyordu. Maristan ailesine ilgi, alaka ve misafirperverliklerinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum, kesinlikle konaklanması gereken bir gizli cennetti. :)

Genel hatlarıyla memnun kaldık

Görsellerde göründüğü gibi bir oteldi. Konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık genel hatlarıyla. Otel çalışanları inanılmaz kibar, düzgün ve yardımsever insanlardı. Bence bu çok önemli. Örneğin (iki kadın arkadaştık) gece bir yerden otelin anlaşmış olduğu taksiyle de olsa geç saatte döndük, ara sokaklarda tek yürümeyelim diye bizi karşıladılar. Böyle böyle bir sürü nezaketli davranışlarını sayabilirim, bilmediğiniz bir yerde güvende hissettiriyor. Otel odası açısından tek kusur taharet musluğu bozuktu ancak duş musluğu hemen yanında olduğu için bir şekilde idare edebildik. (Belki bizim odaya özeldir, "Zinciriye" isimli odada kaldık.) Duş başlığını takma aparatı da uygun değildi elimizde tutarak duş almak durumunda kaldık. Yine de bizim için sorun değildi. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Otelin terası da akşam çıkıp bir kahve içmek için aşırı keyifli. 9/10 diyebilirim.

If you have never been to Mardin or stayed in a locale with such rich history then accommodation such as this will blow you away. This boutique hotel is the former residence of a Jewish family and our hotel room was their former private chapel/synagogue. The bathroom is a bit of an odd retro-fit in the former synagogue (with moderate privacy for those who like maximum privacy) and my overall experience is great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We had a really good stay. Sinan and Yunus were magnificent and were always at hand to help. It is within walking distance to old town centre but there are many stairs which would be challenging for people with mobility problems. Our only problem was that plaster flakes were falling from the ceiling. Tahir bey is a taxi driver who works with the hotel and he is exceptionally trustworthy and reliable for taking you out on a tour of Mardin and surrounds at a great price.

Konak oldukça güzel, odalar taş olduğu için serin bunun haricinde tabii ki klima mevcut. Otel çalışanları genel olarak çok ilgili ve saygılı. Ellerinden gelen her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar, güler yüzlüler ve sakin efendi insanlar. Tek başımıza 2 kız konakladığımız halde bir an bile tereddütte kalmadık veya huzursuz olmadık en hoşumuza giden nokta buydu. Otel her şeyiyle bizce güzeldi. Konum olarak ulu camii altında kalıyor otele giden gelen yollar tarihi mardin sokakları. Biraz yorucu olsa da sevdik zaten mardine gezmeye gelirken de yürümeyi, merdiven çıkmayı ve efor sarfetmeyi kabullenmek gerekiyor çünkü her yere giden yollar böyle, sadece otel ile alakalı değil. Son olarak da tur hizmeti isterseniz sunuyorlar. Genel tur veya sadece gitmek istediğiniz yere özel tur. Biz 2 arkadaş Dara Antik Kent ve sonrasında havalimanı olmak üzere tercih ettik, bundan da memnun kaldık taksi şöförü güvenilir ve ilgiliydi, gittiğimiz yer ve şehir hakkında bize bilgiler verdi. Kalabalık tur değil de Bizim gibi kişiye, arkadaşlara özel tur tercih ederseniz Hemen acele edelim tur çabuk bitsin mantığında hareket etmiyorlar sindirerek gezebiliyorsunuz. Tur fiyatları da makuldü 👍

何を一番に考えるかにも寄りますが、テラスから見える絶景よりも居心地の良さを重視するのであればあまりおすすめできません。 テラスからの景色は本当に素晴らしくこのホテルをとって良かった、と言えるレベルだと思います。日中も良かったですが、夜景や日の出の風景も素晴らしく部屋にいるのが勿体無いと殆ど部屋を出て過ごしました。 しかしこの部屋が中々の曲者です。シャワールームとトイレが一体になっておりさらに敷居があるだけで天井部分は寝室と繋がっています。 シャワーはお湯も出ませんし、出たとしても浴びるのはそれなりに旅慣れした人しか無理だなと感じる作りになっています。(わたしは身体は濡らしたタオルで拭くまでにとどめ、頭は洗面所で洗いました。) 石造りの一番高い位置にある部屋の為Wi-Fiもほぼ届きません。TVも少し弄ってみましたがラジオしか入らないようです(何を言っているのかとお思いだと思いますがトルコのTVはラジオを受信できるようになっています) 絶景をとるか、快適さをとるか、そこは予約される方にお任せします。
