"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

"Struttura nuova, camera e bagno enormi, colazione buona e buon prezzo. Sei in un’oasi di pace ma completata mancanza di insonorizzazione delle camere. Al mattino persone che escono già dalle 5.30, fanno le pulizie già alle 7 di mattina che non ti permettono di dormire. Totale assenza di contatto umano per il fatto che il check in si fa in automatico, se chiami c’è una voce guida, se scrivi ti risponde un bot automatico. "
