"Hotel did not have staff in the front desk. Guests needed to walk to the other hotel nearby for any needed support (including checkin and checkout). My assigned room when I arrived had a beeping smoke detector due to a low battery. This could have been addressed when cleaning the room in preparation for the next guest. Additionally, the mini fridge was malfunctioning: light turned on but was not cooling. Air conditioning also turned on but only fan function was operating properly."
