I live in Texas so now I have to find a different place to stay because I decided to stay in Kansas City one more night. "

"The hotel double booked my stay and i had a security officer jiggling the door handle at 1 am while i was sleeping. I had an early work meeting so i did not appreciate this. The room was dirty and had shaving cream all over the sink. Only plus was front desk staff was friendly. "
