Second stay at this hotel. Received a great suite, and the breakfast, staff service and friendly atmosphere was again

An absolute dream property with very high standards of luxury and hospitality alike. Truly a five star experience with wonderfully personal service provided by all staff members. Fantastic breakfast, great rooms with super luxurious bathrooms and tasteful furnishings. Definitely worth a visit and stay - highly recommended.

Room is very spacious, clean, with smart lighting features. The only drawback is hotel doesn't provide drinking water in hotel room. Other thsn this, everything is good

The suite we stayed in was very spacious, much bigger than other suites around, and it faced the river and the famous Cologne Cathedral and the bridge. The suite was well maintained (contrary to some other comments we read in the hotel review). The extra bed, which we requested in advance, was noted by the hotel was ready at the time we check-in. The hotel staff was very helpful by arranging to bring our luggages to our room directly.

The hotel looks new, staff are friendly

If Hospitality means valuing the guests and understanding their needs then Marriott Cologne has nailed that. The checkin was smooth, the suite was comfortable. We were given complimentary access to the executive lounge which was a fantastic plus. The food option in the lounge and the staff service was above par. The breakfast was standard stuff but the service was good. Housekeeping too was prompt. The location of the hotel is very convenient. We had a fantastic stay and hopefully wil return...
