"Our stay at this hotel was marred by a very unfriendly employee as well as some misconceptions. The breakfast is twenty Euros per person. While it was adequate, it was worth about 10. "Basically the hotel restaurant was not open. We checked in and the owner disappeared. We felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. It was a. Dry strange experience. We had a mini bar in our room, but basically it was a trip into nearest town 7k away to get provisions. When we checked out in the morning, we were asked for payment . I explained and showed evidence that we had pre paid. Hotel clearly not used to bookings from Expedia. It was a little uncomfortable for all to say the least."

"Great location, breakfast was very good. Great traditional German food nearby. Only downside is when traveling by train, it is a pretty long hike to hotel when you have a lot of heavy bags."
