The only thing I’d comment is the amount of bills and receipts that need to be signed even if you didn’t consume anything or your meal/drinks were included in the package. "We loved this hotel. The customer service and food were amazing. We stayed for two nights but ended up adding one more night. Our personal butler, Rousse, was very attentive. Our room was very nice with an amazing view. The only downside was the plung pool. We weren’t able to enjoy it because the water was not very comfortable and was quite cold."
