"I was put in a room all the way in the back when I walked in there was there insect in the room I went back to tell them she called someone the person spoke Spanish and said she didn’t see anything to just tell me they cleaned it but what they didn’t know is I spoke Spanish too so went back packed my suitcase and left the same day and was still charged for full stay "

The first room wasn’t even ready, we walked in and the room smelled like heavy smokers room, nothing was dusted or cleaned, the bed looked like someone slept in it and it wasn’t cleaned, the bathroom was a mess, dirty used towels in the tub and sink. The second room wasn’t much better. We checked out immediately and went elsewhere."
