"The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay."

"This is our second stay at this hotel and its honestly one of my favourites! Its affordable with a high quality of service and is a short Grab ride from various malls around Quezon City. "The staff go out of their way to be nice to everyone. I would recommend this hotel. I would also recommend to lessen the buffet options and bring down the charge for lunch and dinner. Not a lot of guests eat like that with a price to match. Overall, the hotel is grand as it should be with perhaps a change in carpet in heavy traffic areas like hallways and function rooms. The hotel is iconic so overall, I would stay here again. And recommend that you do so too!!!"
