Pas de service voiture entre la résidence et l aéroport ni de taxi surtout quand vous avez un vol à 6h du matin, utiliser l application YANGO pour vos déplacements entre 23h et 7h du matin ."

"I had high expectations for this hotel. Based on the review, I expected professionalism and comfort. After paying online (EVERYTHING), I had issues at checkout. Even though I had proof of payment of my stay through Hotels.com, the agent at reception still asked me to pay for additional taxes. I mentioned to him that I paid for it online while showing him the receipt. He insisted that I should pay an additional $7 in USD to cover for city taxes. Mind you my original invoice was paid in CAD. This...

"Ullin, the owner, and his fabulous staff look after you from the time you arrive until you leave. The food is fabulous - largest shrimp I have ever seen - four chefs are superb. Security is excellent. Clean, with smiles always all around and great tunes upstairs in the cabaret. French and English - no problem. Close to airport. Great service all around. Highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel refused to accept my Hotels.com itinerary and asked me to pay again. Suggestion that Hotels.com was a scam. They didn’t even offer to call you and resolve the issues. I basically spent 30-45 minutes calling Hotels.com to ask them to call the hotel. Terrible service, terrible harassment."
