Beautiful property…front desk folks need to be more friendly and helpful… when I checked it out plane was late so we were starved. I had to practically beg for a response on somewhere to eat… not helpful at all! I have other options and selected Virgin because of their reputation for excellence. I’ll try another hotel when visiting Vegas since your staff is borderline rude!

The checking in and checking out services were ok compared to the other services. If they ask you to use the quick kiosk check in, don’t do it. I could have check in faster in line and it was a long line. The people who were behind me when I was in line were already heading to their room. Other than the desks, the rest of the staff were very helpful and cared about us as guest.
