"We spent 2 nights at this lovely house for a family gathering celebrating a birthday. There were 11 in total and we did not feel crowded at any time. The

My only suggestion would be to add a few pillows on the couch and some more comfortable outside chairs. Maybe a gate at the top of the outside stairs to keep the dogs from leaving...

"Stayed there with my family of 4 and honestly it was spacious and wonderful. The house was clean and fully stocked kitchen. We used the hot tub which was clean and hot right outside our place.
