Nice stay, rooms are small but clean and AC worked well, Iron& Blow dryer in rooms...great breakfast buffet, helpful staff, but elevators are slow.

Great place and location. Would absolutely stay again.

This is our first time to stay at The Royal Horseguards Hotel in London. Fabulous is the word that describes everything about this hotel. The location is superb, amenities made our stay extremely comfortable, and the staff saw to every detail. Perez was the perfect first impression for this hotel. The minute we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Everyone at the front desk and concierge were so accommodating. We received a behind the scenes history tour of this hotel. Javier showed us all the details of this historic hotel. The items in our hotel refrigerator were complimentary and restocked every day. Our room was cleaned and bed made every day. There were heated floors in the bathroom, along with a heated towel rack. We were walking distance to so many landmarks. The only location where we needed a cab or tube was the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. I will say that the garden rooms are beautiful. You really do not need a view of the London Eye. We did have dinner here one night, and it was delicious. We also had afternoon tea and it was wonderful. Our future trips to London will always include this hotel. We have been spoiled and cannot stay anywhere else!!

The Clermont is at a wonderful location. Access to public transportation right outside the doors. I loved walking in smelling the fresh flowers. The staff were friendly and said hello and goodbye every time I saw them. Check-in was easy and fast, and staff answered questions diligently. My only complaint is one elevator working. I didn’t want to wait to have someone help me with my luggage so I just went down the steps from the 4th floor. Super aggravating people riding an excelsior one floor up or down when they see people with luggage.

Well presented classic London hotel next to Victoria train and bus station. Very impressive lobby area when you first walk in, can't help but take a photo. Friendly, professional staff. There are a lot of rooms: we were on the top 7th floor which required a trip through the building using two lifts. Our Deluxe King seemed to be the best balance of size, luxury and price. Temperature control in the room was good with the heat outside. Very impressed with how quiet the room felt despite being in a busy area of London. Breakfast wasn't a highlight but still good quality and well presented.
