"We booked a twin room as it was myself and my father and expected twin beds. Twin beds were not available, but the staff upgraded to a small apartment with a convertible sofa which was located in an annexe. Great thst they could do this, but it did cost an extra £120 on top of the £170 already paid. Expedia shoul have been explicit about what a twin room is. Because what they probided was a double room."

"Staff were good everything else not good. Was obviously a very nice hotel in past. Been used to house asylum seekers? Could be restored to former but will take time"

"The hotel was ok. The room was very small and stuffy. Shower not warm in the morning. Location is good for Bath"

"Really liked the concept, nicely decorated and loved the diner. Downfall was room wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived. Stains all down the door where something had been spilt, a bad smell due to something left in the toilet from before we arrived! Air con didn’t work as it had a maintenance symbol on it, but luckily they brought us a fan. Food was lovely in the diner however and we would still like to return one day"
