"We booked our stay almost a year ago and were pleasantly surprised! As a wheelchair user in an accessible room, I found the facilities fantastic. Check-in was smooth; the desk is high, but staff thoughtfully provided a clipboard to sign paperwork. Our ground-floor room (Room 18) was clean and spacious enough to park and charge my wheelchair overnight while still moving comfortably. The bathroom featured a roll-in shower with a seat, a red pull cord, and a left-side drop-down transfer rail by the toilet. Note: the bed is standard hotel height with no pull cord or bedside sockets (ample sockets exist opposite the bed, which was fine for us). They also provide a vibrating under-pillow emergency alarm. Spa access was great. I rode to the changing room—which has a fully accessible roll-in shower/seat and toilet with rails—and used my walking stick to reach the pool. However, please note there are no transfer aids or hoists for the pool or hot tub. The food was fantastic! Any minor issues were rectified quickly, professionally, and apologetically. The staff were incredibly attentive and considerate throughout our visit. We had a truly wonderful stay and will definitely be returning next year!"

"Lovely staff and very nice breakfast in a beautiful room overlooking the countryside. Room very spacious with a kitchenette, perfect if you’re there for more than the one night we were there Staff on reception were excellent, very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Bit out of the way and we struggled with Taxis but perfect if you’re driving there. Would definitely recommend"
