My stay at the hotel was fantastic. It’s conveniently located near all major attractions, including the beautiful Blue Mosque. You can easily visit it again to admire its stunning light-up display at night. The staff there is incredibly helpful. One particular staff member, Jenlal at the reception, always greets you warmly and enthusiastically, making your day a little more enjoyable.

Location is very convience that just few meters away from Iskitlal street which is the main shopping area. Is also near to Sishane metro station to other shopping area.

Hotel is located a quite area half way from Galata Tower and Taksim square. Great experience overall: super friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful and spacious room and last but not least an amazing breakfast with an incredible view on the Bosphorus! My wife isn’t a morning person whatsoever, nonetheless after trying our first breakfast at sunrise due to some early work to do, she couldn’t get enough of it and so sunrise breakfast became the routine of our stay at Tomtom

Excellent facility, all brand new. Staff very professional and helpful.

We stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed our time in Istanbul immensely. The staff are polite and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms everyday and reception staff even assisted us to get a taxi to the airport. The star of our stay has to be the breakfast buffet spread. Together with the restaurant's breathtaking view, it was a beautiful holiday for us as a family to remember.

Good location, just a few minutes walk to attractions e.g. Blue Mosque. True to pictures, the hotel is modern and clean.. very comfortable! What's impressive was hospitality of the staff - every single one of them was extremely friendly and helpful - even the chef at the restaurant greeted us Good Morning during breakfast. My boyfriend and I encountered problems while...

Housekeeper tidied the place well and reception was helpful. Do keep in mind that some tram noises can be heard (for light sleepers).

Great location and impeccable service. Everything was fantastic!

Our stay at Çırağan Palace Kempinski was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality throughout. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful — they even offered to bring items up or down for us when we couldn’t make it in time. Turn-down service was consistently well done, and the minibar was replenished promptly every day. One gesture that really stood out was how the housekeeping team placed a prayer mat in our room after noticing we were using face towels for prayers. It was...
