Genel olarak çok beğendik. Herşey gayet güzeldi. Küçük sürpriz yaparak odamiza bir şarap ve meyve eklemeleri ayrıca ince bir davranışti. Herhangi balayi vs belirtmememize rağmen. Supriz güzeldi. Animasyonlar bekletilerimizin üzerindeydi. Teşekkür ederim

Where to even start. They're running on a strict budget therefore dont expect much from this hotel. You need to pay to use the safe in your room, you need to pay to have wifi in your room and the food in the restaurant looks like dog food. The rooms barely get a decent clean due to the fact that theres only 1 or 2 people cleaning the whole hotel. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else!!!

Honest review

Arrived to meet family who had already been at hotel for 10 days. ROOMS..very spacious. Lots of storage. Double bed .single bed and large single sofa bed . Cleanliness of room was a bit slapdash and some plugs hanging off wall.good size balcony overlooking the cemetery. FOOD..food was extremely repetitive and not very warm . Burgers and chips at the snack bar were normally cold . ENTERTAINMENT .was very good and could not fault it . DRINKS..although it appeared most of the time only on member of staff on duty we never had to wait long for a drink although I'm sure this wouldn't be the case in height of season. STAFF .with the exception of a couple of staff I have never in 17 years of coming to Turkey met such rude staff. I know its end of season but no excuse. The price was extremely cheap so we were not expecting anything special from this hotel but was still disappointed

Lovely hotel

The hotel was excellent, the staff were pleasant and helpful and the food was good, typical Turkish all inclusive food. Our room was very large, containing three beds, the bathroom was clean and very well equipped with shower gel, shampoo, clean towels etc. At night there was entertainment for the children staying there and also some fairly good entertainment for families in general. The site of the hotel is a long way from the sea front but that is easily accessible via local dolmus buses which regularly pass right past the entrance to the hotel. Our room backed on to a forest of pine trees which we found very quiet and peaceful. The only downside to our stay, which was in no way a reflection on the hotel itself, was the appalling conduct of some of the guests in the hotel, ranging from loud banging and shouting at 5 a.m. from a room opposite ours during which security staff had to be called who threatened to call the police to the individuals involved, and another guest actually throwing food over one of the chefs because he wanted his food hotter. Also, some of the behaviour around the bar at night, especially near to closing time, was atrocious, but again this was no reflection on the hotel itself. All incidents were dealt with in a professional manner by the staff of the hotel and restaurant. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Koca bir rezervasyon faciası yaşadık. Önce yer yok dediler. Tam iptal ederken hotels politikalarından dolayı bize yer buldular. Hotel hizmet olarakta çok başarılı değil. Temasa geçtiğimiz görevliler iyi idi ama genel olarak zihniyet kötü.

Everything was good but the swimming pool I didn’t like because everyone reserves a chair by just putting a towel and goes swimming for hours or one person reserve 4 chairs while they all have a turn in the pool for the whole day. Thier should be staff to keep and eye out if your not using the chair ,you should only be allowed to reserve it for an hour. The food was good not bad and overall everything was good. Swimming part was unfair .

Dårlig hotell

Dere som har røyk allergi, hold dere unna dette hotellet. Det er mye røyk lukt på rommene og generelt mye på hele hotell området. Skitne rom! Personalet var lite behjelpelige! Bassengområdet var meget skittent, mye søppel rundt omkring. Frokosten var grei, men middagen var det samme kveld etter kveld på all inklusive. Dette er ikke et hotell med standard 3,5 stjerner slik det står i annonsen!

Pool and the slides were great. Food was available all the time, staff were helpful and everyone spoke English. Food was not especially good but there was always something to eat. Salads were fresh and there was plenty of options. Property was clean although you have to be careful when choosing a plate since not all of those were ok. Pool was clean even though it was full all the time. There were a lot of British families and all prices were announced in pounds. That was confusing. Also we got the hotel rules when we checked in to the hotel. It was sad to see that it is not clear for all guests that you are not supposed to physically or verbally abuse staff or other guests. Another rule I taught was surprising was that you are not allowed to throw stuff from upstairs to the reception. Seriously? How often has this happened that it had to be made into a rule? During our stay we did not witness any of that though, so no worries of drunk obnoxious people ruining your holiday. The hotel is quite far from the beach but the hotel has a transportation for free. Taxi is also down the road and quite affordable. I chose to walk most of the time, it only takes 20-40min to get closer to beach or center. Dolmus is also driving from almost next to the hotel.

Excellent holiday

Holiday was good for the price that was paid, you should always expect that things are always different when you go to foreign you go on a foreign venture, i personally believe that they could improve on the food and have more traditional food from turkey after all i went to turkey to experience their food and culture, i understand from other users that have been there before that this has changed since new owners have taken over, but i will go back again Regards Steve

Kötü bir otel..

Otel hayır iyi değildi.. Bu bize iyi bir ders oldu, yinelemeyeceğiz kesinlikle.. Başımıza gelenleri sırasıyla değil ama aklıma geldiği gibi anlatmak istiyorum. Takdiri artık size ait. Otelden çıkış günümüz.. toparlandık.. resepsiyona gittik anahtarlarımızı teslim ettik.. Saat 12-12:30 gibiydi. Otelden ayrılmadan önce, öğle yemeği yiyelim dedik. Masada oturmuş bekliyorduk ki, resepsiyondan biri geldi yanımıza ve arkadaşlardan birinin kolundaki bantı kesti. sonra bir diğer arkadaşa yönelmişti ki…. ben sordum. bir saniye kesmeyin bantları, çünkü öğle yemeğini yiyip öyle ayrılacağız otelden. resepsiyon görevlisi sert bir şekilde yanıt verdi: ‘’ Hayır yemiyorsunuz !!! ‘’.. Otelin halkla ilişkiler müdiresini resepsiyonda olduğunu görüp yanına gittim. Yapılan durumu anlattım. bana verdiği yanıt ilginçti.. ‘’Ben bile rezervasyon yapıp yemeğe gidiyorum. Ve maalesef müşteriler saat 12’de ayrılmak zorunda olduklarından ona göre yemek çıkıyor otelimizde.. ama bir saniye ben sorayım genel müdürümüze…’’ dedi ve telefon açtı.. sonrasında; ‘’tamam öğle yemeğini yiyebilirsiniz, ama sadece o kadar, sonrasında….’’ dedi.. Ben şimdiye kadar herhalde 500 tane otele tatile gittim ve hiç böyle bir durumla karşılaşmadım !!! Açıkçası o kadar kötü bir otel ki.. Mesela. Yemek yiyorsunuz.. bir garson geliyor.. Masayı silecek. ve ağzına, burada yazamayacağım küfürleri alıp konuşuyor? Bu bir 4 yıldızlı otel dikkat !!! Çalışan seçimini neye göre belirliyorlar, merak ediyor insan ister istemez
