The hotel itself is very beautiful and well kept. Our only issue was that one of the pools and the steam room were not open to the public during our stay and we were not informed of this on our arrival. Apart from that we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

They need to update the beach area. Not enough space. It is not acceptable that no beach towel is available at the beach. They ask you to carry it yourself from your room.

We had an amazing stay there. We were planning to stay for one to two nights and end up spent 3. It’s a very quiet place away from the crowded tourist area. Nice harbour view and great amenities. We have a jacuzzis outside the room in the garden. They serve nice breakfast and the restaurants we had dinners are great! We would definitely recommend it

Overall good experience but breakfast service poor
Overall we had a wonderful stay, view is perfect, room is comfortable and tidy, the beach is beautiful..only the breakfast experience is very disappointed, we ordered juice and reminded more than 5 times with different waiters and it never came..we left with disappointment and there was no apologies from the waiters for their poor service neither

The hotel is at a lovely quiet location, the staff are very attentive and helpful. The hotel was not yet ready for summer season although it was almost end of April, there was a lot of refurbishment and maintenance need, also they were severely short staffed. Despite this I had a very pleasant, relaxing stay and would recommend this hotel to most.

A relaxing stay
Traveling in November i fully expected the area to be quiet, the hotel wasnt busy, but the staff were absoloutely awesome, friendly and realy helpful. Its a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Only negative was i had upgraded to a deluxe room with a jacuzzi, on my last night the hot water didnt work, but it in no way ruined my stay, and the problem addressed by the next day, just a little disappointed that i couldnt use jacuzzi. Overall an excellant choice of hotel, would definately go back. P.s. with coffee making facilities in the room it would be helpful to leave milk and coffee.

Perfect location in beautiful surroundings. The Staff was over the top, in a good way, to please us in all our needs. Very quiet and relaxing. Food in restaurants where completely to our satisfaction. The Spa and Hammam was perfect. The perfect location to rest, swim and enjoy the sun. Gorgeous hotel in a stunning location with amazing views. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times and the food excellent. Cocktails need some work! Our room was huge and spacious however tired and in need of some care and attention. Local beach area clean and lovely swimming some great beach bars and restaurants close by.

Peaceful Hotel
Lovely hotel by the marina. If you want a quite, relaxing stay then you can't beat this hotel. Hotel is not suitable for kids being adults only and people that have a problem with stairs as the hotel is sited on a hill and to get to the restaurant involves a lot of stairs. There isn't much to do with regards to activities which suited us and the hotel has a limited choice for food but serves fresh fish caught in the local waters. The breakfast is geared for the European taste so if this bothers you it might be a problem. Would definitely stay again if we wanted a totally relaxing short break. The best rooms are RM301, 302, 303, 304 and 305 which have direct access to the infinity pool. These rooms are Grand Deluxe Rooms I believe.

Good Hotel, quiet and peaceful, however the area has no good restaurant and bars. The room was big and comfortable, however, not insolated, you could hear the guests next door talking and walking up their stays. The hotel claims to be adult only, but there was children screaming and running in their balcony, I complained to the manager and claimed that the children were above 10yo, thus considered an adult. The breakfast area is very small, and we could not enjoy it during our stay as they could not accommodate that we are non-smokers (almost every guest were smoking cigarette)

A very nice and peaceful retreat
We were looking for a quite vacation and this is exactly what we got, away from the crowded areas in Marmaris. There is nothing special around the area and unless you come with a boat, it is probably advisable to rent a car. This hotel itself is really outstanding, the staff very professional, helpful and friendly. The rooms are tastefully decorated, very clean and functional. The marina is quite in the evening. All facilities are on permises. We can only recommend this fantastic hotel.

First at all we got lost finding the hotel .. google map guid us to diffrent location . There was no signe guidnes to the hotel . We got very great welcoming from the manager and his assistant there were so friednly and helpful all our stay ... Great staff great stay

Beautiful place
Overall a nice stay. Location is quiet and no restaurants within walking distance so we were a bit disappointed Mistral / beach bar was not yet open- as only Yacht club was open for food and it's menu is limited. The hotel is beautiful and it's design is striking. We had a deluxe grand room with hot tub and view of private infinity pool . We like our privacy so kids in pool in front of room and being able to see neighbours in their hot tub was not quite as private as we like (but that may just be us) . Looks like there were curtains at one stage which would have helped. tranquil location but noticeable noise from rooms above - I'm a light sleeper is that was a bit of an issue. But overall we were glad we stayed and the staff are very friendly and attentive.
