"The room was very clean. The hot tub was nice and hot to sooth sore muscles after a full day of snowboarding. My only complaint would be the pressure in the shower but that’s not too big of a deal. Had a great experience at this hotel! "

"Absolutely loved our stay! The amenities were perfect, and the view was truly outstanding—it made our experience even more special. The service was also really great; everyone we interacted with was friendly and attentive, which we genuinely appreciated.
The only area for improvement would be the cleanliness in some of the smaller spaces, particularly behind the beds and around the television and kitchen fridge, where things were a bit dusty. With a little more detailed cleaning and possibly some updates like new carpets or refreshed drapes, this place would be even more amazing.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here. We’d happily come back again!"

"We received an upgrade to a new junior suite. The room was right on the lake with beautiful views of Mount Edith Cavel. The staff were courteous and helpful. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing and dinner in Orso was delicious m. Highly recommend the JPL!!"
